Q: What is Pharaoh's Choice?
A: We are a high quality product company dedicated to providing customers with a wide choice of items, through our web site and catalogs, that will enhance any home or business. We cater to the personal shopper and the business owner in hopes of making those perfect gifts or collectibles as easy as possible to find and purchase. We are online exposing our product line with our reputation of having quality merchandise at the most competitive prices.

Q: If there's a Pharaoh's Choice Unique Gifts and Treasures web site why would I still need to see the catalogs?
A: Because the web site "grows in time" and currently only showcases a select few hundred items not the entire 3,000+ as the Master Catalog does. Catalog owners also receive extra benefits like a 25% OFF Promotion Code that is good on any order big or small with each catalog purchased. Catalog(s) are re-vamped twice a year in Spring and Fall.

Q: Once I've explored the Pharaoh's Choice web site for the     first time how do I know what's been newly added when I               return?
A: The NEW ARRIVALS page should be one of your return visit destination. The New Arrivals page will be a full page of all the new items that have been carefully selected to be finally added to the site. These items will stay only at that page for approximately 1 month before they are finally transferred into their resting chamber which can be found at the PRODUCTS page, unless sold out  New arrival items are always discounted while on that page. A whole new Pharaoh's Choice of items will then be added to the New Arrivals page.

Q: If I own the Master Catalog can I purchase anything from it online or is it only the items currently being displayed on the site that are purchasable?
A: Yes you can! Another reason why you should own the catalog(s) is so you can do exactly that, order anything anytime online that we sell. If you don't have the catalog(s) then you are just limited to the few hundred items currently being shown online at the time.

Q: Do the online specials and discounts apply to only the displayed online items?
A: No. Any special offer or discount can be applied to anything in the catalogs as well. Items do not need to be displayed online to receive the deals offered online.

Q: Do I have to own a Catalog to buy something I see online that I know I want?
A: No. Owning a catalog(s) gives you more of a selection and gives you more chances to save money, but is not at all a mandatory tool to be able to purchase something online. Just keep in mind that if you see the website currently only displaying, for example, 5 different kinds of Crystal Candlestick Holders, that the Master Catalog will show you all 20 different kinds instead that can all be purchased online.

Q: If I want to buy something how do I pay for it?
A: There is a simple online order form you submit to us HERE. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER CARD, eCHECKS, and Verified PAYPAL Accounts. To pay by  U.S. Money Order choose the appropriate box on the Order Form.

Q: What about the shipping cost, where do you ship to and who delivers my items?
A: Shipping is one flat fee for everyone's order regardless of its weight, package size, quantity of items or delivery destination and that rate is FREE. This rate covers all connecting 48 United States. Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Guam we currently can not deliver to. International shipping is available and rates vary and are subject to US Custom rules and regulations. CONTACT US first for all International deliveries as these deliveries are unfortunately not free.  All U.S. shipments are sent using reliable UPS Shipping services first, or FEDEX Shipping services if UPS methods are not available for your items. Finally the USPS, (United States Postal Services), shipping services are used if needed. Catalogs are commonly shipped by USPS.

Q: What do I do if my item arrives damaged from shipping?
A: If such rare accidental shipping damage does occur then contact us immediately. We understand that accidents can happen during shipping and aren't always avoidable. All our products are cautiously packaged in either Styrofoam, bubble wrapping, shipping "popcorn" or all three depending on the item(s) purchased for maximum protection. Damaged item's can be returned and replaced for free.

Q: Is my Credit Card Information I submit safe with Pharaoh's Choice Unique Gifts?
A: Absolutely. All Credit Card information submitted to pay for your order is processed through PayPal Incorporated, the world leader's in online purchases, who is also the same Corporation who owns and operates Ebay Incorporated, the worlds largest and famous online auction service. Once PayPal Inc. approves your CC payment, (which takes less then a minute), Pharaohs Choice is immediately notified and then and only then does Pharaohs Choice begin to process your order for immediate delivery to you. Pharaohs Choice ships your item's with in 48 hours of receiving a PayPal confirmation of receipt. As soon as your tracking number is established for your packages Pharaohs Choice email's you these numbers so you know exactly when your order will arrive. Pharaohs Choice doesn't see your credit card numbers nor verifies them, this is all done through PayPal Incorporated.

Q: When I give Pharaoh's Choice my email address will I be sent Spam later or unwanted advertisement's that annoy me?
A: No. We do not Spam or immediately place you on our mailing list just because you ordered from us unless you request it at the time of ordering on the order form. We do not sell, share or give out any of our customer's information to anyone either. Pharaohs Choice will only email you ordering information that is necessary and needed by you. Such as your order and payment confirmation and shipment tracking numbers. You will receive no spam or messages from Pharaohs Choice unless it is regarding your order or is in a response to you contacting us.
